How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, but it can vary based on your location (pincode).

What happens if I can't accept my order?

If you are unavailable when your order arrives, the delivery agent will contact you on your registered mobile number to reschedule your delivery.

What if an item is missing from my order?

In case the product is missing from your package, please send us an email to care@reequil.com or call +91 73407 58758 within 7 days of the delivery date.

What if I ordered the wrong product?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. But, you can choose the following steps -

  • You can deny the order at your doorstep.
  • Or, contact our customer support team at care@reequil.com or call +91 73407 58758 (10:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

My payment went through, but I have not received an order confirmation.

We understand that it can be concerning if your payment was deducted but you haven't received order confirmation yet. Please check your email for a confirmation message within the next 24 hours. My payment failed. What should I do?

If your payment attempt failed, we recommend the following:

  • Contact your bank or service provider: They can clarify why the payment wasn't processed.
  • Double-check your information: Make sure you entered your card details or bank information correctly.
  • Check your internet connection: A weak or unstable internet connection can interrupt the payment process. Try again with a stable internet connection to see if that resolves the issue.
Can I get a refund for my order?

Refunds depend on your payment method. We offer refunds for prepaid orders (T&Cs applied) but not for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

How can I track my refund?

Upon initiation of your refund, you will receive an email. If you don’t, please review your bank statement after 5-7 business days. If the refund is not reflected, kindly reach out to our customer support team for assistance at care@reequil.com or call +91 73407 58758 (10:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

Can I return my order?

While returns are typically not accepted, if you encounter a manufacturing defect with your order, please get in touch with our customer care team to find an appropriate solution.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order. But, you can deny the package at your doorstep. Our delivery partner will do an OTP verification, and following that, you can cancel your order.

How can I apply a coupon code?
  • Select the product you want to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.
  • Click the ‘Place Order’ tab.
  • Paste the code in the ‘Enter Coupon Code’ section and click the ‘Apply’ button.
How can I redeem the gift card?
  • Select the product you want to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.
  • Click the ‘Place Order’ tab.
  • Click the ‘Have a Gift Card?’ tab and enter the code.
Can I apply two coupon codes at the same time?

No, only one coupon code can be applied at once.

My coupon code is not working. What should I do?

If your coupon code is not being accepted, please contact customer support. Be sure to include:

  • A screenshot showing the error message (e.g., "Invalid coupon" or "Coupon not applicable").
  • The exact coupon code you are trying to use.

What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us at care@reequil.com or call +91 73407 58758 within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include the order number and we will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Can I transfer my reward points to someone else?

Reward points are a valuable benefit associated with your account. To ensure their secure use, they are linked to your registered email address and cannot be transferred to other individuals.

Can I exchange my reward points for cash?

Unfortunately, exchanging reward points for cash is not available. However, you can redeem them for exciting rewards like discounts on future purchases.

Do my reward points expire?

Yes, reward points have a one-year expiration period from the date you earn them.

How do I check my current point balance?

Simply log in to your account and visit the dedicated "Rewards" page. This page will display your point balance and other relevant information.

What is the value of my reward points?

Every 100 points you earn are equivalent to 1 Rupee (₹). This means you can use your points to get valuable discounts on your purchases.
