We understand that it can be concerning if your payment was deducted but you haven't received order confirmation yet. Please check your email for a confirmation message within the next 24 hours. If your payment attempt failed, we recommend the following:

Refunds depend on your payment method. We offer refunds for prepaid orders (T&Cs applied) but not for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

While returns are typically not accepted, if you encounter a manufacturing defect with your order, please get in touch with our customer care team to find an appropriate solution.
